She is survived by: her sisters, Carol Faulkner (Oscar) and Carolyn Faulkner (Alfred); her children, Lee Hammonds Jr. (Tyic), Howard Hammonds (Felicia), Patricia McQueary (Greg), Kelvin Shaw and Melissa MacDonald; her grandchildren, Alexis, Christian, Brittany and Destiny; and her great grandchildren, Kashton and Patricia. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
