With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Nathan Lovett of Lumberton, North Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Nathan may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Lovett and Jennie Enzor Lovett; his son Stephen Franklin Lovett; and his brother Clyde Lovett. He is survived by: his wife Sara Howell Lovett; and his brother Jack Lovett of Lumberton. He is also survived by many family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc. (809 E 5th St, Lumberton, NC 28358). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Ten Mile Baptist Church (5176 Barker 10 Mile Rd, Lumberton, NC 28358). A burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at the Ten Mile Baptist Church Cemetery (5176 Barker 10 Mile Rd, Lumberton, NC 28358).
