He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleveland Locklear and Mary Jane Locklear; and his siblings, Bobby Locklear, David Earl Locklear, Cleveland Locklear, Jr., Gregory Locklear, Ted Locklear, Barbara Faye Locklear and Katie Lee Boger.
He is survived by: his wife Nettie Jones Locklear; his children, Cody Lee Locklear, Mary Lea Keaton (Kenneth) and Bethany Ann Jones; his sister Sandra Hunt (Gary); and his grandchildren, Christopher, Heather, Hope and Faith Locklear.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Revels Funeral Home (3575 N Roberts Ave, Lumberton, NC 28360). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at the Oxendine Family Cemetery.
