It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence Edward Locklear of Lumberton, North Carolina, who passed away on October 21, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Locklear and Mary Locklear; and his brothers, Charlie Lee, James Marvin and Roscoe.

He is survived by: his sons, Stewart (Rita) and James; his siblings, Venus (Judy), Barbara (Ray), Robert, Billy (Qunella) and Lacy (Thea); and his grandchildren, Victoria, Alexander and Zachary.
