He was predeceased by: his parents, Sonjie McCoy Lambert and Walter Hammonds; and his siblings, Clinton Ray Lambert and Barbara Lynn Lambert. He is survived by: his brothers, Billy Dean Lambert of Lumberton and Walter Everette Lambert of Lumberton; his daughters, Brenda Faye Locklear (Lloyd Jr) of St. Pauls, Peggy Locklear and Melissa Walsh (Thomas); his niece Yanta M. Hunt; and his nephews, Kendale Hunt and Rodney Lambert.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Boles Funeral Home- Red Springs (102 S Vance St, Red Springs, NC 28377). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at the Locklear-Lambert Cemetery (124 Liberty Park Rd, St Pauls, NC 28384).
