He was predeceased by: his mother Gladys Parker Garrett; his significant other Susan Bundy; his sister Linda Sue Garrett (Jordan Yates); his grandchildren, Michael Yates and Mirahlynn Roberts; and also Destiny Roberts.
He is survived by: his father Herbert Howard Garrett; his brothers, Herbert Glenn Garrett and Howard Ray Garrett; and his aunts and uncles, Tina Fulterer, Wolfgang Fulterer, David Garrett, Vicky Garrett and Linda Garrett. He is also survived by many cousins, kids, grandchildren, and many friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Saint Pauls Funeral Home (565 W McLean St, St Pauls, NC 28384). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM at the Boles - Saint Pauls Funeral Home (565 W McLean St, St Pauls, NC 28384).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude's Hospital, or any SPCA organization since Larry was an animal lover too.
