It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathrine Sampson (Lumberton, North Carolina), who passed away on January 1, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Annette Sampson, John Kelly Sampson (Carol) of Lumberton, David Sampson (Nancy) of Bladenboro, Cathy Chavis, Qunnella Locklear (Bill) and Hilda Lowery (Carlo) of Lumberton. She was also cherished by 13 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
