He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Evans Locklear; his sister Regina Locklear; his wife Grace Leviner Locklear; his children, Christy Oxendine (Brandon) of Rowland, Amanda Locklear (Woody) of Lumberton and Miguel Locklear (Tasha) of Lumberton; his grandchildren, Cameron Locklear (Jeranda), Laken Locklear (Austin), Caleb Locklear, Samaya Strickland, Anira Strickland, Bryson and Alianna; his mother Lucille Locklear; and his siblings, Linda Jacobs, Vicky Deese, Mary Rose Jones (Jimmy), Patricia Locklear and Rodney Locklear of Maxton.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Thompson's Funeral Home Chapel (2305 Prospect Rd, Pembroke, NC 28372). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
