Jacobs of Pembroke, NC, Jason Jacobs of Pembroke, NC and Nathan Jacobs of Pembroke, NC; and his siblings, Matthew E. Monroe (Julie), Christopher H. Monroe (Ginny), James P. Monroe (Paige), Angeline F. Hall (Bill), Candy M. Watson (Robert) and Victoria L. Liles. He was also cherished by other relatives and friends.
