Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Ilene Martin Aranove of Lumberton, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 91, on January 18, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland Martin and Hazel Martin; her husband Marvin Aranove; her siblings, Charlie Martin, Leland Martin, Betty Steelwagon and Donna Phillips; and her grandmother Ilene.
She is survived by: her children, Mitchell Aranove, Sr. of Toccoa, GA and Michelle Frady (Jessie) of Lumberton; her grandchildren, Joshua Frady (Crystal) of Thomas, Haylee Frady and Mitchell Aranove, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Austin, Ashlyn Frady and Emily Elmore; and her close friend Karine Harris. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Floyd Mortuary (809 E 5th St, Lumberton, NC 28358). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Floyd Mortuary (809 E 5th St, Lumberton, NC 28358).
