He is survived by: his siblings, Debbie Locklear (Dennis) and Albert Jacobs (Martha); and his nieces and nephews, Amanda Sanderson, Guanna Cassidy, Johnathan Lowery, Ethan Locklear and Christopher Jacobs. He is also survived by four great-nephews, one aunt, one uncle, and a host of other relatives, church members and friends.
