She was predeceased by: her parents, Aaron Lucion Hunt, Sr. and Ader Mae Bell Hunt; her husband Bobby Wesley Farley, Sr.; her son Michael Joseph Farley; her siblings, Lucille Carter, Grace Chavis, Dorothy McGee, Mertice Hammonds, Mildred Pevia, Patricia Noethen, Aaron Lucion "Bud" Hunt, Jr. and James Maxwell Hunt; and her grandsons, Michael DeKota Farley and Kane Nehemiah Farley.
She is survived by: her children, Wendy Maynor, Mitzi Locklear and Bobby Wesley Farley, Jr.; and her sisters, Mary Cummings and Hattie Morgan. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Saddletree Church of God (1508 Rennert Rd, Lumberton, NC 28360). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 at the Faith Cemetery (5190 Fayetteville Rd, Lumberton, NC 28360).
