Chesley Oxendine and Mary Bell Oxendine; his parents-in-law, Curtis "Buck" and Ruth Jones; and his siblings, Zeb Oxendine, Chesley Oxendine Jr., Daniel James Oxendine of Charlotte, Hearl Oxendine, Elise Mae Smith, Clara Bell Maynor, Eula Mae Hunt, Lucy Ransom, Mary Frances Hockenberry, Betty Lois Chavis, Rachel Murry and Cherry Lee Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Jeniva Oxendine; his children, Michael Oxendine (Tanya) of Fairmont and April Oxendine of Rowland; his goddaughter Tiffany Chavis of Red Springs; his grandchildren, Breanna Oxendine of Kannapolis, Austyn Oxendine of Fairmont, Carlie, Champ Goins of Rowland, Brittany Ratliff of Fairmont and Devan Ratliff of Lumberton; and his siblings, Arnold Ray Oxendine of Fairmont, Michael Oxendine of Pembroke and Lela Bell Hunt of Summerville. He is also survived by two great grandchildren, three bonus great grandchildren.
