She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Davis Bullard; her mother Charity; and her siblings, Bet, Sarah, Gail and Larry.
She is survived by: her children, Michelle Faith Locklear, James Paul Bullard, Michael Zachery Bullard (Valerie), Andrea Estelle Locklear (Harley) and Joshua Thomas Locklear. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Lumbee Memorial Gardens (774 Moss Neck Rd, Lumberton, NC 28360).
In lieu of flowers, the family ask for feathers and respect her wishes please.
