She was predeceased by: her mother Nancy Locklear; her grandparents, Donnie Ruth Locklear, Ertle Jones, David Hunt Sr., Anna Faye Hunt, Rita Hunt and Thesley Sampson; her uncle James Teddy Locklear; her cousin Tedrick Locklear; and her father David Hunt Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Kiersten Locklear and Kaisen Locklear; her stepmother Deborah Hunt of Lumberton; and her aunts and uncles, Vicky Smith of Beaufort, S. C., Minnie Locklear of Fairmont, N. C., Thesley (Tommy Sampson) of Lumberton, Crystal Oxendine of Lumberton and Craig Canaday of Lumberton. She is also survived by six loving sisters, and three brothers.
