She is survived by: her parents, Lenora Bell (Jason) and Timothy Locklear (Tonia); her siblings, Redonda Locklear (Evan), Kayli Gruver (Galin), Emily Bell, Ethan Locklear (Chelsie), Connor Locklear, Jason Bell Jr. and Lincoln Neal; her grandparents, Eleanor Chavis "Gammie", Doris, Stonie Britt, David, Carol Chavis, Early, Ann Locklear, Johnny, Sheila Bullard, Paula, Ricky Hunt, Terry and Diane Jones; and her sister Jessa Oxendine. She is also survived by friends including a special friend.
