Ander Jones Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ander Jones of Lumberton, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 29, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Ander may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Ander touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Jones and Froney Jones; and his siblings, Mary Bell Locklear, Gladys Strickland, Annie Ruth Hunt, Georgiana Locklear, Leanna Norton, Clara Jones, French Jones, Leroy Jones and Albert Jones.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Revels Funeral Home (3575 N Roberts Ave, Lumberton, NC 28360). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 at the Jones Family Cemetery.
