It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lacy Earl Jackson of Lumber Bridge, North Carolina, who passed away on June 21, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Claudis Wayne Jackson and Geneva Watts Jackson; and his siblings, Jean Merl Lax, Betty Meredith, Gwen Jackson, Billy Hooks Jackson and Claudis Jackson Jr..
He is survived by: his daughters, Pamela Jackson Gillespie (Andrew) of Hope Mills and Tammy Jackson Locklear (Matthew) of Pembroke; his grandchildren, Matthew Alexander Locklear, Joe Elliot Chavis, Brianna Nicole Locklear and Kyle Patrick Chavis; his sisters, Linda Hollis (James) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Gracie Jackson of Myrtle Beach, SC; his aunt Myrtle Lee Sellers; and his friend Deema Pierce of Lumber Bridge. He is also survived by his family and friends.
