He is survived by: his wife Shelby Jean Locklear; his daughter Janine Lowery; his son-in-law Joseph Dean of Pembroke; his daughter Jacqueline Zapata; his son-in-law Larry Hunt of Shannon; his daughter Eve Locklear; his child-in-law Laron of Rennert; his son Anthony Dale Locklear (Rose) of Red Springs; his sister Reomia Locklear Unold of Summerfield, FL; his grandchildren, Ryan Christopher Zapata, Shea Simone Zapata, Serena Beth Hunt, Joshua Dean Lowery, Jamison Dean Lowery, Jeremy Dean Lowery, Ariel Brooke Deese, Driston Dakota Locklear, Mia Rose Locklear, Katarina Loreal Simmons and Auburn Keya Patrick Locklear; and his great grandchildren, Easton Jace Turner, Aria Jade Turner, Adalyn Marie Deese, Addison Brielle Deese, Xavier Reign Zapata and Julian David Issac Simmons. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
