He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry Thomas Belton and Mable Wall Belton; his sons, Charles Thomas Belton (Jewelya Elledge) of Lumber Bridge, NC and Robert Chase Belton of Fayetteville, NC; his grandson Charles Ray Belton (Charlie B.) of Lumber Bridge, NC; his great grandchildren, Billie Hart (Brian Hart), William G. McLean (Kayleigh) of Hope Mills, NC and Terrie; his siblings, Betty L. Belton-Oats (Donald) of Lumber Bridge, NC. and Robert Belton (Bo) of Southern Pines, NC.; and his half-brother Thomas Sanford (Lois). He was also cherished by five grandchildren.
