He was predeceased by: his parents, John Miller and Mary Miller. He is survived by: his wife Carole Richard Miller; and his sons, Eugene Cameron Miller, Carl Bernard Miller, Cledith Richard Miller (Teresa) and Ronald Alvey Miller. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
