She was predeceased by: her father Ray Mitchell; and her grandparents, Lawrence, Lucy Oxendine, James and Maudia Bullard.
She is survived by: her mother Pamela Oxendine; her close friend Tommy Jones (Carlton Dixon); her son Daniel Locklear; her grandson Brandon Dixon; her daughters, Amanda Locklear, Caroline Locklear (Matt Wilcox) and Brianna Ralston (Shadix); her grandchildren, Pursaius, Abrie, Harmony and NovaLee; her sister Leslie Locklear (Tonyal Locklear) of Maxton; and her stepfather Michael Wall. She is also survived by her family, friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Thompson's Funeral Home Chapel (2305 Prospect Rd, Pembroke, NC 28372). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
