He was predeceased by: his parents, George Boyette and Rena Boyette; his wife Carolyn Lee Boyette; and his siblings, Gladys Boyette and Wayne Boyette.
He is survived by: his children, Randolph Boyette, Lori Lamm, Shawn of Wilson and Amy Davis (Jerry) of Kinston; his grandchildren, Brandon Daniels (Mallory) of Wilson, Alex Daniels, Shy of Chesapeake, Virginia, Matthew Evans (Jamie) of Greenville and Kaylee Kennedy of Kinston; his siblings, Diane Mattox of Lucama, Sue Farmer (Marvin) of Lucama, Pat Aldridge of Lucama, Terry Minshew (Mike) of Stantonsburg and Bobby Boyette of Maggie Valley; and his close friend Patricia Shadding of Lucama. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
