He is survived by: his wife Janet Jones Watson; his children, Michelle Aycock (Travis) of Lucama and Richard Glover (Mindy) of Bailey; his grandchildren, Tricia, Hailey, Lauren, Lucas Glover, Piper, Tucker and J. T. Aycock; his brother Scott Watson of Lucama; his mother-in-law Barbara Parker of Nashville; and his niece Meagan Watson.
