Batts (Keith) of Elm City; her grandchildren, Elaini Batts, Rosie Strickland and Josh Batts; her siblings, Phyllis Shuler of Virginia Beach and Linwood Bissette of Fuquay; her husband Wiley Ransom "W. R."; and her parents, David Hubert and Beatrice Wall Bissette.
