She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie James Pope and Shelby R. Carrillo; and her brother Douglas Wayne Pope. She is survived by: her son Shannon DeWayne Hines; her siblings, Wanda Yepiz, Connie Sanchez and James Pope; her nephews, Terry Swaney, Christopher Swaney, Douglas Yepiz, Hector Castaneda, Ricky Garcia, Jeronimo Sanchez and Eric Sanchez; and her niece Holly Sanchez. She is also survived by fifteen great nephews and nieces.
