It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Josephine Barnes Collier (Lucama, North Carolina), who passed away on February 19, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband L. A. Collier Jr.; her granddaughter Danielle Elizabeth Collier; her parents, William Marvin Barnes and Alice Daniel Barnes; and her siblings, Linda Haney and David Pete Barnes.

She is survived by: her children, Jackie Dianne Collier of Lucama, Danny Lee Collier (Aimee) of Macclesfield, Marvin Leonard Collier (Cindy H.) of Rocky Mount, James Bryant Collier (Terra) of Selma, Thomas "Chris" Christopher Collier (Bonnie) of Lucama and Leonard Alison Collier, III (Linda) of Lucama; and her sister Carol Barnes Narron of Middlesex. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren.
