He is survived by: his wife Peggy Pittman Bailey; his children, Wendy Thorpe (Allen) and Frank Bailey (Elizabeth); his grandsons, Jeffrey Bailey (Amber) and Harvey; his pets, Whitley (Ashlee), Brandi Mitchell (George), Ashlynn Bailey, Josh Bailey (Alaina), Noah Bailey and Dustin Collins; and his niece Susie Rutledge. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
