He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Pate; his siblings, Vicky P. Peeden (Doug) and Danny Pate (Donna); and his nieces and nephews, Kristen Davis (Stephen), Kari Thomas (Sam), Allison Evans (Bradley), Jenna Pate, Adam Lamm (Amanda), Jad Pate (Victoria) and Andrew Pate.
