He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bruce and Katie Mae Pennington Ferrell; and his siblings, Margie Powell, Joyce Ferrell, Glenn and Ralph Ferrell.
He is survived by: his daughter Shawn Tant (Greg) of Lucama; and his granddaughters, Claire Tant and Amber Tant.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 10th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM at the Wilson Memorial Service (2811 Fieldstream Dr N, Wilson, NC 27896). Visitation was held on Thursday, October 10th 2024 at 6:45 PM at the same location.
