He was predeceased by: his parents, Graham Stanley and Ethel Eastwood Rowe. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Boone Rowe; his children, Candice Jean Rowe of New York, Crystal Gayle Davis (Ty) of Lucama and Grant Eastwood Rowe (Kristina) of Florida; his granddaughters, Moira Rowe-Lilley of New York and Savannah Sims of Florida; and his sister Olivia Tripp (Dennis) of Wilmington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
