He was predeceased by: his parents, James Tew and Maybelle P. Rivenbark; his stepfather Billy Rivenbark; his brother Mark Rivenbark; and his stepdaughter Tina Matthews.
He is survived by: his wife Linda S. Tew; his children, Jamie Williams (Drew) of Lucama and Sharon Carter of Clinton; his stepson Timmy Reneau (Jennifer) of Fayetteville; his daughter Lisa Lucas of Dunn; and his sister Kimberly Rivenbark. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
