She was predeceased by: her parents, Daphne Rose Willis and Ben Carter; and her sister Pamela Bailey. She is survived by: her daughter Andrea Robbins; her brothers, Stevie Smith (Teresa) of Wilson and Jeff Carter (Debbie); her nephews, Charlie Bailey (Cassie), Matt Bailey (Anne Marie) and John Smith (Casey); her niece Necie Jones; and her friends, Karen Keene of Kinston and Anita Turnage Jones of Wilson.
