He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Oscar and Lillian Kemp Morris; and his siblings, Thelma Poole, Vivian Hill, Ruby Lamm, Margaret Holland and Odell Morris.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Kirby Morris; his daughter Kate Spear of Lucama; his stepson Bill Bass (Michelle) of Sims; and his grandchildren, A. J. Spear and Vera Grace Bass.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Edgerton Memorial United Methodist Church, American Legion Post 141 or to Selma VFW Post 5955.
