He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmer Lewis and Norine Lewis; and his sister Sherry Gregory. He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Hopkins (Josh) and Vicki Lewis; his grandchildren, Dustin, Kierstin Murray, Caleb and Tyler Hopkins; and his friends, Jeff and Jackie Potter.
