She was predeceased by: her father Walter Lee; her husband Dock Golding; her children, Charles "Charlie" Gray Golding, Leon Willard Golding and Mondell Lawrence; her grandsons, Craig Golding and Rodney Davis; and her children-in-law, Peggy Golding, Judy Golding, Harvey Barnes, Don Beane and Graham Lawrence.
She is survived by: her mother Myrtle Lillar Lawson Flippin; and her children, Connie Barnes, Sarah Beane, Lillar Hayes (Carl), Rachel Gentry (Roger), Shyrell Boyette (Bob), W. B. "Dub" Golding, Artis Golding (Jean), Roger Golding (Nancy), Harold Golding (Trudy) and Joe Golding (Sandra). She is also survived by thirty grandchildren, seventy-six great-grandchildren, twenty four great-great-grandchildren, In addition to her parents.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in honor of Mrs. Golding to the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home 945 Zephyr Rd, Dobson, NC 27017.
