He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Att and Ethel Dixon Norton; his siblings, Thomas, Elmer, Stanley Norton and Anna Norton; and his grandchildren, Ashley Amelia Shore, Joshua Scott Shore and Logan Akela Trosper.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lee Norton; his children, Roger Shelton Norton, Jr. (Daphne), Diana Lee Shepley (Robert), Patricia Kafafy (Vance Wood), Nancy Baron, Mary Beth Trosper, Carolyn Mossop (Bill) and Carl Baron, III; and his sisters, Angeline Novak and Elaine Norton.
