He was predeceased by: his father Julius Bartley. He is survived by: his mother Viola Collins Bartley; his wife Carolyn Galyean Bartley; his children, Shannon (Barry Bert Pardue), Kayla D. Bartley and Jeffery; his daughter-in-law Kayla C. Bartley; his grandchildren, Caden Pardue, Sammi Pardue, Miranda Burch, Corbin Nester, Madi Bartley and Cody Lane Bartley; his great grandchildren, Leanna Burch and Brianna Burch; and his siblings, Evelyn (David Butcher), Darlene Bartley, Dawn (Craig Sweeney), Kelly Bartley, Maynard Bartley and Marty (Martina Bartley).
Due to the limitations of numbers for public gatherings at this time (COVID-19), the family will have a private memorial service with Rev. Jerry King and Rev. Randy Parrish officiating.
