Phillip Duane Edwards Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 29, 2023, at the age of 56, Phillip Duane Edwards of Lowgap, North Carolina, born in Surry, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Glade Benjamin "Ben"; his wife Tonya Holloway Edwards; his brother Ricky Edwards; and his stepfather Glenn Edwards. He is survived by: his children, Benjamin "Benji" Edwards, Jessica Reece (Andy Johnson), Mindy Jackson (Daniel) and Kristain Akers (Terry); his nephews, Aiden and Ezra Edwards; his siblings, Anthony Edwards (Lindsay) and Angie Edwards; and his sister-in-law Tammy Watts (Bradley). He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family have requested that memorial contributions may be made to Duane's son, Benjamin Edwards for medical and personal expenses.
