She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Lowe; her children, Shannon Powers Soare (Marian Soare), Rhonda (Boles), Sheila (Jerry White), Janie Lowe and Kevin; her daughter-in-law Jennifer Lowe; her siblings, Becky Bandy and Bobby; and her sisters-in-law, Kelly Hice and Lucy Hice. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
