She was predeceased by: her father Floyd Cain; her husband Amos Norvale Lowe; her granddaughter Kandace Sue France; and her siblings, Estell Cain Barker, Runell Cain Hicks, Geraldine "Dink" Cain Richardson, Peggy Cain Marion, Hilda Cain Dean, Alvie Cain, Leonard Cain, Elwood Cain, Delmer Cain, Larn Cain, Pete Cain and Gary Cain.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Lowe, Marlin Lowe and Kirby Sue Dilts; her son-in-law Rodney; her grandsons, Brant France (Billie Jean) and Brandon France (Michelle); her stepgrandson Jody Garaventa (Jamie); and her great grandchildren, Bradon France, Branson France, Kayleigh France, Isabella France and Gavin France. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
