It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Raye Lowe Williams of Lowgap, North Carolina, who passed away on October 26, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Winfield Lowe and Katherine Lowe; and her husband Richard Charles Williams. She is survived by: her daughter Teresa; her son-in-law Jorge Luis Serbiá of Galveston, TX; and her sons, Robert Williams of Lowgap, Carson (Robin Sueann Williams) and Nicholas (Bertha Williams). She is also survived by five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
