He was predeceased by: his parents, Okey Stanley Talbert and Nora Belle Hinkle Talbert; his son Dallas Stanley Talbert; and his siblings, Betty Howard, Flora Davis, Louise Payne, Onalee Haynes, Donald Talbert, Okey Talbert, Johnny Talbert and Jimmy Talbert.
He is survived by: his wife Dortha Jane Hanna Talbert; his daughters, Nora Jane Woods (Paul), Pamela Lynn Brandhorst (Kim), Rondalyn Sue Blair and Sheryl Lavonne Shookman; and his siblings, Ada Lorene Cloninger, Hazel Thacker and Wallace Talbert. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren.
