He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Bartley Butcher; his children, Kevin Butcher (Tammy) and Lori Sawyers (Allen); his grandchildren, Keaton Butcher, Logan Butcher, Gavin Butcher, Emily Tate, Parker Johnson, Joseph Sawyers and Joshua Sawyers; and his siblings, Judy Kenny, Tommy Butcher (Jeanie), Donald Butcher (Shirley), Wade Butcher and Randy Butcher (Tonnia).
