He was predeceased by: his parents, James Columbus "Lum" and Iris Love Thacker Easter; and his wife Marvene Goodson Easter. He is survived by: his daughter Tina; his son-in-law Robin Edwards; and his siblings, Lutricia Reeves, Evelyn Dunkley, Sue Bowman, Ray (Betsy Easter), Woody (Eloise Easter), Bob (Judy Easter), Odell (Amy Quesinberry) and Terry (Tom Marcum).
