He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Wood and Mildred Martin Wood; his wife Mary Ann Barker Wood; his sister Sylvia Badgett; and his brother-in-law Buck Edwards.
He is survived by: his daughter Mary Frances; his son-in-law Danny Richardson; his grandchild Dusty Eaton (Chelsey); his great grandchildren, Wyatt Eaton and Nora Eaton; his brother Ed Wood; his sister-in-law Dawn; and his sisters, Judy Hawks (Cliff), Gloria Edwards, Diane Starling (J. T.), Barbara Spencer (Larry) and Nancy Blackburn (Mark). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
