He is survived by: his parents, Wanda Cox Reavis Palmer and Bob Reavis; his wife Terri Smith Reavis; his stepson Jacob Gibbons; his stepgrandchildren, Chloe Jean Gibbons and Jace Michael Turner; his brother Brent Michael Reavis; his uncle Brad Reavis; and his close friends, Lanny Idol and Todd Parham. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, Aunts, Uncles, cousins as well as his beloved parents.
