She was predeceased by: her parents, Coyt Hellard and Merline Hurley Hellard; and her brother Ronnie Hellard. She is survived by: her husband James Wayne Chitwood; her sons, Dewayne Chitwood (Susan) and Michael Chitwood (Amy); her grandchildren, Christopher Chitwood, Anna Chitwood Adams (Trey), Garrett Chitwood and Riley Chitwood; and her great grandchild Arianna. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
