He was predeceased by: his father Nathan George Johnson; his grandparents, Robert, Peggy Curry and Helen Johnson; his brother-in-law David Hicks; his aunts, Roberta Lynn Curry, Joyce Thompson, Patricia Thompson and Claudette Thompson; his uncle Kevin Thompson; and his cousins, Thomas Johnson and Robert Thompson.

He is survived by: his mother Angela Markeither Curry (Phillip); his wife Heather Curry; his children, Brayden Nathaniel Curry and Jordyn Alexandria Curry; his brothers, Nathan Curry, Christopher Curry and Joseph Curry (Malinda); his aunts and uncles, Karen Curry, Melissa Walker, Dorothea Thompson, Douglas Curry (Jan), Robert Curry (Sonya), Byron Curry (Stephanie), Michael Lee Curry (Georgena), David Thompson (Sherry), Chris Curry (Norma) and Gregory Curry (Angelica); his parents-in-law, Ann Byrd (Doug) and Reggie Hicks (Bobbie); his sister-in-law Brandi Hicks; his cousin Sharica Curry; and his son Aaron Williams. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews he loved.
