He is survived by: his pet Mad Max; and his siblings, Larry Dean Gardner, Johnny Wayne Gardner (Kim), Mary Annette Ballard (Jerry) and Nancy Gardner Bradley (James). He is also survived by ten nieces and nephews; sixteen great nieces and nephews.
